This action give us a warning.

Warning

The following actions use a deprecated Node.js version and will be forced to run on node20: ErnaneJ/action-discord-alerts@v0.0.2

we should update to a newer node js version. We should update the otheres actions as well, we can use actionsv4 instead of actionsv3
