[Epic] Incorporate Dynamic Entities capabilities

This is an epic issue to describe additional dynamic entities capabilities we can incorporate into the app:

• Show previous observations / track line
• Follow Dynamic Entity (from context menu)
• Dynamic Popup for selected Dynamic Entity
• Show list of units in operation, allow user to click on one to follow, show popup or highlight
• Search/query for specific track id (zoom to Unit xxxx)
• Search/query for all units within a certain distance of a report
• Show alert when new enemy reports appear (listen to Dynamic Entity notifications)
• Additional online feeds (civilian flights, transporation/GTFS, traffic, weather)

We might want to generate some more or varied moving track data to support more interesting workflows. I.e.:

• Updating attributes for speed, heading, etc
• More hierarchical data
• Units (Land, Seasurface)
• Civilian
• Other civilian feeds (flights,
