i3s_converter cannot upgrade 1.7 slpk with .bin format texture to 1.8

Hi, I met a problem that when producing slpk from DJI-terra, which was 1.7 version. Then I tried to upgrade this scenelayer package to 1.8 by using i3s_converter, but it failed. The picture below shows the error:

I found that the texture of this scenelayer was bin format, rather than jpg, png or dds.
So how can I upgrade this dataset to 1.8 version? Thank you in advance.
