Allow import of feature templates to Favorites in Military Symbol Editor

Currently we can use Modify to select an existing feature on the map and import it to Favorites. Our Military Overlay (http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/index.cfm?fuseaction=download.main&downloadid=2032) has a bunch of predefined feature templates that someone might want access to through the Favorites tab.
We should allow import of existing feature templates into the Military Symbol Editor Favorites.
