Export the Military Overlay into Multiple file format with SIDC code included

The DOD has multiple file input format. After an analyst create the overlay, it needs to be distributed to multiple systems of record.
File types required is

• .csv
• .shp
• .txt

In the file it must include the SIDC for the system that use it for it's symbology. example CPOF.
