Cannot log in to ArcGIS online routing

When I enter my credentials for ArcGIS online routing, I get the following error. But when I use those same credentials in my web browser, I can log in just fine. Any thoughts?

Hi, We recently discovered that the method we are using to generate token in Route Planner no longer work after an ArcGIS Online update. We are working to make the change to the token generation method and will provide an update to the github codebase soon. Hi, We have addressed the issue with ArcGIS Online (and ArcGIS Server) tokens. Please use the updated installer to get this fix. Note that barring any other fixes we need to do through the end of 2018, this will be the last code and exe installer update from Esri.
