  Refactor of Sonar to make it easier to configure, deploy, and develop. Sonar v2 should support "multi-tenant" usage, where users can configure a chatbot using a Webmap (or similar container) and associate it with 'interfaces' (e.g. an SMS Text Number, a Slackbot API key, a Facebook profile, etc.)
