Export/Backup item JSON

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I'm about to delete a bunch of items (e.g. webmaps), even though I'm quite sure the item is not being used, I would still like a backup in case I need it in the future or it was actually being used somewhere.

Describe the solution you'd like
Using ArcGIS Assistant I can select multiple items and it will export all the items' /data JSON in a ZIP file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• copy/pasting the JSON from ArcGIS Assistant into a file.
