Expose the 'Properties' attribute of resources attached to an item.

When viewing the list of resources attached to an item, we can see the filename, created date, and the size of the file. However, there is also a properties attribute assigned to these. Currently, the only way to see that is to go back to the REST endpoint that provides the list of resources for the item. It would be an added convenience if the properties attribute could also be displayed in the list of resources for an item.
