this seems related to the English g2p improvements in #751 as well.

it looks like it almost works:

>>> g2p convert "mr. and mrs. steveston went to the market" eng eng-ipa --neural
mɪstɜ˞. ənd mɪsɪz. stiːvstən wɛnt tuː ðə mɑːrkət

It should have removed the periods after mr and mrs but maybe this is something that has to be fixed in g2p?
