When uploading papers, the manual evaluation button is not shown until the page is refreshed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create project
2. Upload papers
3. See, that the manual evaluation button is not shown on the bottom of the page, until the page is refreshed

Expected behavior

The manual evaluation button is immediatelly visible when uploading papers
