Image carousel is glitchy on swipe

Action Performed:

1. On iOS or android, open a chat with several attachments
2. Tap on an attachment
3. Swipe left and right on attachments
4. Notice that the image resizes/flickers on swipe but not when using the arrows

Expected Result:

No image resize/flicker on swipe

Actual Result:

Image resizes/flickers on swipe

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

@luacmartins Having trouble reproducing on iOS v1.2.88-1. Images take a bit to load and I see a spinner, but no flicker. Can you confirm the version and maybe include a vid if possible?

@garrettmknight thanks for checking. I couldn't reproduce it on the latest staging version anymore 🤔 . Gonna close this issue.
