Action Performed:

1. Go to any chat ( Make sure it has at least 2 /3 images as attachments sent/received)
2. Open any attached file
3. Hover to previous/Next arrow and notice there isn’t any tooltip shown.
4. However, in other icons like download and close, it’s shown. Even in slack previous/next buttons have tooltip.

Expected Result:

Tooltip over hover in previous/next icons would be more user friendly.

Actual Result :

Tooltip isn’t shown over hover on previous/next button..
