App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Create a new Gmail account by going to the Gmail website, clicking on 'Create account', and following the sign-up process.
  3. Click Skip on work email step.
  4. Select Track and budget expenses.
  5. Enter name, skip workspace creation and complete the onboarding
  6. Go offline.
  7. Create a workspace.
  8. Go to workspace settings > Workflows.
  9. Go online.

Expected Result:

In Step 8, Payments should be disabled when workspace is created offline

Actual Result:

In Step 8, Payments is enabled when workspace is created offline
In Step 9, after returning online, Payments is disabled
