Warning: Channel moves occurring later on

Hi there! I'm adding some more of the channels mentioned in #19, and due to some of them not airing on Freeview (some of them do operate on Freesat though), I need to perform some channel moves.

The channels that will be moved are all the channels on the 81x area. They will be moved to a new location on the 85x area! Thank you for your support everyone!

Eventually, I need to just reorganise where channels are placed.

We have quite a bit of empty space to work with, like 115-199, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx (excluding 555), 600-670 (I think BBC Three appears somewhere within the range, as well as Red Button channels as well though), 8xx, 9xx
