@Anikei Can you provide more info regarding this bug? I tried to reproduce it myself on

• Google Chrome 86.0.4240.198
• Mozilla Firefox 82.0.3
• Microsoft Edge 86.0.622.68
• Safari 14.0.1 on iOS 14.2

using the US International layout and could play the 4-5-9 accord perfectly fine at any speed.

Key-Rollover problem. 4-5-9 only works on the numpad, but not on the numerical line above the letter-keys

Key-Rollover can also be an issue of the hardware you're using. Especially office and other cheaper keyboards don't have more than 2-key rollover on some areas. And yes, a numpad can have a higher roll-over than a different area.

If @Anikei can reproduce said bug with various keyboard (from gaming to office boards), then it's an issue related to the code of this webpage. Otherwise it might be a hardware (or sometimes even keyboard software) issue.
