INTRODUCTION

In this evolving world of technology, it has become mandatory to use gadgets (e.g. Phone, Laptop, PC
etc.). They have
many benefits such as , we get to know about the whole world sitting in any corner of the world,
gaining information has
became much easier. But these gadgets also have a dark side. Almost most of the gadgets we use have
a screen.

These screens either OLED or AMOLED while using them these screens emit Blue light. This high energy
blue light passes
through the cornea and lens reaching the retina, causing diseases such as Dry eye, Eye strain,
Headache etc

Afterwards I did some research on cause and preventions of this, and I came up with this Idea.

Scientific principle involved

Here, the Ultrasonic sensor Emits Ultrasonic sound waves ( About 40,000hz) and receives the
reflected waves to measure
the distance using the time taken. Then it sends this data to The microcontroller board, The
board processes the data
and sends it to The led s and the HC-05. The Bluetooth Module Sends the data to the device.
Where the app processes it
send the notification needed.

The Software of this device is divided into two parts. One the programe on the arduino, and other
, the program of the app. the app has been programmed using python (win10toast and pyseril
modules were used) and the Arduino board has been programmed by the CPP Language. You
can download both of them using the link below!
