Respawn counter (campfires and cheat death)

A really good tool. Really appreciate it. Due to bugs in the game resulting in instant death on cause of cougar intro in game. I would be glad if death/respawn count could be edited too.

Number of respawns/cheat death options are displayed as campfires in menu
