Feature - add crown as a specifier #106

If you select a crown as a specifier there has to be a definition for the crown - pick from list
Only non-apomorphy definitions can use crown as a specifier
Example:
If there is a crown definition for Campanulacea then use the definition when using crown as a specifier

When defining

"Maximum Total Clade"
"Crown Based - Total Clade"

These definitions should show up as choices for the crown specifier:

"Minimum Crown Clade"
"Maximum Crown Clade"
"Apomorphy Modified Crown Clade”

And species and specimens can also be added as a specifier.
