I am aware the my - well, single file "documentation" isn't the best,
but it's all in there. GIve it a try <3

TL;DR:

Easiest way is to just download the repository and copy the
two files "charset.py" and "launchpad.py" from the "launchpad_py"
directory to wherever you want and then just work in this dir.

Slightly older builds are available from PyPI, you can install
them with the command line tool "pip".
