Due to issues with the Mono keystore constantly breaking, we should skip relying on it and instead use a local certificate file.

This was partly solved in commit 0f13a4c (Linux) and PR #47 / 489e621 (Mac OS X). Though using a simple cert file could make things even easier. Will still consider changing this in the future.
