Feature Request: Match Schedule Upload and team number auto populate

We discussed this offline but wanted to document it somewhere.

• Add a match schedule upload function that takes in a CSV file of an event's match schedule.
• Allow a field to be tagged for match number
• Allow a field to be tagged for driver station
• allow a field to be tagged for team number

When the match number or driver station changes, the team number is auto-populated from the uploaded match schedule.

This would cut down on the common problem of people scouting the wrong team number since it would be populated for them.
