CodeQL Workflow Update

In .github/workflows/codeql.yml:

1. Update all actions to the latest version.
2. Add workflow_dispatch for manual triggering.
3. Change branch from master to main to match current default branch.
4. Add pull-requests: read to add permission for PR analysis.
5. Add enhanced query suites for better security coverage.

For testing:

1. Push Python/JS changes and verify CodeQL analysis runs.
2. Check security alerts.
