Describe the bug

I just started the mod pack and was doing the Quest for the farms and Foodies and I made The Chopping board but I can't place The Chopping board I have tried multiple blocks but it will not place and it doesn't give me an option to place just options for mine I am unable to move past this Quest in the line because I cannot place The Chopping board I exited the world and re-entered still didn't work I have turned off the game and then turned it back on and it still didn't fix the issue

Steps to reproduce

1. open game
2. put chopping board in hand
3. attempt to place placement fails

Expected behaviour

I expected The Chopping board to place so I could continue the quest line

I am having this issue on a Realm. Have tried from both a PC and a Switch. Have also created a brand new world and it is doing the same thing.
