[Bug]: Not receiving shaft from quest

What's your issue

I noticed that I don’t receive the 3x shaft reward for the quest for making string and therefore cannot progress in the next quest.
I also noticed that I don’t receive the pet rock(not important just thought could be helpful?)
I have restarted multiple times on different starting islands and have the same issue.

I'm also having the exact same problem. No pet rock given for one quest. Another quest also did not give me the 3 shafts. Has a solution been found?

Also having same issue both rock peg and shafts didn’t receive either one of them
