Tinkers Construct 2.0

What's your issue

I'm under the assumption that this is still categorized as an FTB Mod as the marketplace page says Tinkers' Construct 2.0 By FTB but with the new 2.0 release the smeltery can no longer be used. Existing smelterys made before the update have phantom blocks in place of the tank, controller and drain, the items for those 3 are floating on the ground nearby. When broken they give nothing. After breaking and replacing the whole smeltery and adding fuel to the tank, the smeltery does not turn on, it does form the multi-block but not allow items to be put in. The controller and drain also seem to be duplicating with fortune oddly enough.

Steps to reproduce

Pre-Update:

  1. Make a functional smeltery

Update the Add-on

  1. Break down the smeltery completely and pick up the floating controller, tank, and drain from the ground

  2. Remove the phantom blocks

  3. Attempt to re-assemble the smeltery

Any extra information?

Just curious on the status of this? Any luck figuring out what is going on with this?

Tried breaking it all down, re-downloading the pack, and putting it back together. Still didn't work. Did notice something, though. In my modpack the Tinkers is listed twice. I tried to activate one and not the other, but they both still load when I go into the world. One is 19.8 MB and the other is 17.5MB. Any thoughts on how I can get one of them from not loading? I am very new to addons, not very familiar with all the mechanics.

Do you have both the free and paid versions installed? That could be why its listed twice but still doesn't help the actual issue unfortunately.

WooHoo! Finally got it to work.

I completely uninstalled all of the instances. Re-downloaded from the marketplace and reinstalled it. Looks like that made it work. Of course everything was wiped out of the world, but I guess that is what /gamemode creative is for...

TRhanks for the suggestions!
