Platinum Ore Not Generating

Describe the bug

It appears that platinum ore blocks are not generating in either the Overworld or the End for Oritech progression. JEI mentions Raw Platinum could be found through the Industrial Foregoing laser. Alternatively the player will need to go to Immersive Engineering and use a Silktouch pickaxe to get Nickel Ore and then use the Crusher for a percentage chance to get Platinum or go through Modern Industrialization and create the Electric Quarry. I ensured I was loading new chunks as well to insure it was not related to previous version world gen if it had changed.

Steps to reproduce

Basically just went searching for hours with the X-ray addon from JustDireThings. Not sure what else to provide for reproduction.

I installed a second clean instance and used EMI to quickly see if the ore block had any generation tied to it as I don't know if there is a way to see it in a config and unless there is missing setup on my end it appears it has no spawn at all for the Overworld, Nether, or End variant of the ore.

Could you try teleporting to a chunk far away where you have never been before and see if any generates there for you?

I did that in the end on version 1.8.0 yesterday and today on 1.9.0 I booted up a new world to see if could find any. I'm not sure what Y level it is intended to spawn in so I search for a bit near bedrock and again at around y-level 14 and couldn't see any generating.

It looks like I cant find any either, if you do /tk oredist 16 (you may need to enable cheats to run the command) does platinum show up in the list for you?

It looks like you may need to use the electric quarry from Modern Industrialization to get platinum, I'm seeking clarification if this is intended or not.

You should be able to also find Plat Ores in the Mining Dimension now.

Okay thanks. So i need to start a fresh world or maybe just go far away in the mining dimension to find the ores?
