Describe the bug

Various GTCE and Gregality multiblocks require Watertight Steel in their construction, but there is no way to actually make this particular alloy. In particular, this means that a Large Fractionating Distillery is impossible to make, among others.

Steps to reproduce

Open JEI, type in Watertight Steel, become sad, lament your lack of Large Fractionating Distillery.

Expected behaviour

Watertight Steel is used in certain recipes but cannot be crafted through any means

To get Watertight Steel you need to make it in a Alloy Blast Smelting Furnace ;)

So take a look at the Molten Watertight Steel Recipe.

okay so apparently Molten Watertight Steel is different from Liquid Watertight Steel, and that, combined with the fact that the Alloy Blast Smelting Furnace isn't required for anything else at all (unless there's some other use I'm missing for this supremely annoying multiblock), is why I couldn't find it.
