[Feature Request] Some diff checker improvements

The diff checker is great just a few things would make it much better:

• Horizontal scroll bar
• Clicking a file should take you to the top of it, not wherever you were on the previous file
• Similar to the IntelliJ checker, arrows going to the next change/file so you don't have to scroll
