Export Reminder on last day of month

A reminder that pops up at the end of the month to remind the user to export data. This is meant for users that have to deliver their times to another person to check (etc.).

This function should be controlled via setting. Also there should be a follow up setting that makes the export reminder appear for every day until the export happened (for people that like to push things into the future).
