Un-Hide on Alt+D

I'm using this extension as a replacement for my previous favourite userstyle, (userstyles.org/styles/45652/firefox-4-autohide-navigation-bar-alternative).

While this extension works almost exactly like it, there's a couple things, one minor and major I'd like to mention.

1. The address bar should pop up and be selected if I press Alt+D. This is super-important for my productivity and I can't presently use this wonderful extension because of it.
2. Would it be possible to make the toolbar background transparent? (I.e. web content is displayed below it, rather than the current grey background)
