Improve bulk editor tool #315
Description
Release 2.2 added a bulk editing tool capable of changing licenses. This tool should be expanded in future releases to support additional types of editing:
- Dublin core editing (replace entire field(s) based on value match and/or perform string replace within field(s)).
- Process / agent metadata editing (much lower priority)
