More details:
I have no idea which plugin should I use to open Tomodachi Life text files.

Sample files (if possible):
for example I Open: News_EU_English_LZ.bin, it asks me for a plugin and I don't know which I should use.

That means the file isn't already supported. Also K2's text UI doesn't exist yet.
