Hello, I want to show the RT insertion result generated by TraFic, but I donot know how to use your software, and I want to show it by R or Python, because the bam file is too large.

Could you give me some suggestions?

TranspoScope is currently unable to process the output generated by TraFic.
We will be adding this functionality to the next release.

I will post on update on this issue when we release the new version.
