[OpenAL] Implement music

Currently music streams are ignored / skipped. Decide wether or not we want to load the music file into RAM or stream it from a FILE handle

looks like recent changes have added some music support for menu and campaign, although skirmish is missing music and souund effects

Yeah, I suspect there to be a problem with the way the game currently silences the music.

However as you mentioned it's not the only instance where sound is missing.

The recent changes seems to have improved teh audio, in the skirmish I can hear sound effects and the unit chatter. I hear the ambient noise, but not music as far as I can tell. So getting there!

Yeah, there are a few problems left with the music cutting off, as well as a few ambient sounds leaking.
(Also I think the looping is not working properly?)

I suspect the music is wrongly assumed to be not playing after which it's destroyed and stopped by the game.

I'm intending to work on this and would like to add that the hotkeys CTRL+M, SHIFT+M and SHIFT+A are quite useful for debugging these problems.
