add sound system for bike and sounds for it

needed for better imersion.
road sounds, wheal sounds, wind sounds, freehub sounds eg.
for now don't ad sounds it self, just system for later doing it.
should allow each bike model to have diffrent sounds in mp4 for things like:
 wheal sound.
freehub sound.
road sounds should be on the map class.
