Use gist to synchronize configuration

In the process of using tabby, I found a fun thing, using gist synchronization, I borrowed the entire repository and played with it, I'm going to integrate this thing into the plugin, can be used to sync custom dictionary between home and work.

In addition, I have a small idea to find a convenient way to mark divs to skip the translation of specific divs in specific websites, similar to the element inspector in the console, it is easy to capture a div into the configuration with a shortcut key. If this function can be realized in the future, the config file will also get bigger and bigger, it can also be used for convenient synchronization.
