Flare .DLL Issue

What's the bug?

The project, when built for Windows, gives a folder full of .DLLs, that doesnt seem to match OpenToonz's file structure, when running Flare.exe, the app refuses to open and gives me errors saying all the dll files are missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the V0.1 Release Candidate
2. Extract the ZIP
3. Run Flare.exe

What did you expect to happen?

The app should open

Did you forget to copy the .dll files from the Build folder to RelWithDebInfo or wherever you're doing the build to get the output artifact?

D:\a\Flare\Flare\build\RelWithDebInfo\Flare.exe ...
For the Release build, we should only extract the DLLs and ignore the PDBs. However, since this is RelWithDebInfo, we need to include both the DLLs and PDBs to ensure we have the necessary symbols for debugging while maintaining performance.
