Issue with umlauts in the course name

There seems to be an issue with some courses that have an umlaut in their name. This is because there are different ways to represent umlauts, like ü: ü or u+:. Copying the correct name from the verbose log (indicating that the course is ignored even though it is specified in the .iliasignore file) and pasting it into the .iliasignore fixes the problem as a workaround.
