slider, radiobutton and switch nodes lack msg.enable or similar

Description

While I found an enable event on the standard button, it lacks on slider, radio button, and switch nodes.
I often use it to prevent people from clicking twice when the desired action doesn't happen fast enough.
It then grays the interaction node, and no events get triggered if it is pressed again.
Sometimes devices don't respond fast enough, and therefore it can happen that people just press a second time as they think the touch wasn't recognized. Instead, it does the same two times.
Would it be possible to add this feature to all interactive elements??

msg.enabled boolean true/false works for me on those widgets.
Make sure you are setting msg.enabled (not msg.payload.enabled) and that it is enabled, not enable, and that you are using boolean true/false not string.
