QA - Website Builder - Project Setting - If User Delete their uploaded file then System should display its previously file.

1. Upload any file for Favicon icon.
2. Save it.
3. Now Upload different image on that file.
4. Remove that file.
5. Observe No File uploaded display instead of Previous file.
