Linked irrlicht dependency has invalid flags #594

The premake4.lua file included in https://github.com/soarqin/ygopro/blob/master/irrlicht/premake4.lua listed under step 3. dependencies has the flags "NoExceptions" and "NoRTTI" which throws an error and prevents the build from completing.
