This is the first barrier we need to deal with to have QC pass. Back to curation land :)

This error means that one and the same human-readable definition appears multiple times (probably copy-paste errors).

This is a pretty long list and will take some time (I will have to check the definitions by going back to the references for all of these terms).
Can we ignore this for now or is it essential to pass this check to be able to move forward?

Absolutely not essential... Our goal is just to complete this table in the meeting minutes; this has nothing to do with it. The travis job will continue to fail because of it, but that is a good thing and should not distract you!

Still some missing defs, but duplicates dealt with now
