Make fno:Parameter and fno:Output children of common class #13

It might be interesting to have a common parent in order to provide a quick way to turn the fno:Output of a fno:Function into the fno:Parameter of another function. This without having to resort to the fnoc vocabulary.

This common parent could a p-plan:Variable if you want to build upon that ontology.
