JPEGRoyale NFT Raffle

  1. Start raffle.
    1. NFT can be won
    2. NFT either from treasury or bought through NFT-sweep
    3. Time limit of 4hrs
  2. Enter raffle (for a fee)
    1. Can purchase multiple entries.
    2. Different number of entries cost different amount (e.g. 1 entry = 0.1 ETH, 5 entries = 0.4 ETH)
  3. A winner is picked at random using VRF.
    1. Chainlink automation, don't have to manually close raffles.
    2. Provably random.
