build --watch + typescript

snowpack build --watch have a unexpected behaviors with typescript error:

Examples

Case 1:

• If there is a typescript error like const foo: number = true
• I run snowpack build --watch
• Snowpack show error and exit (no watch)

Case 2:

• type is clean (no error)
• I run snowpack build --watch
• I add an error in script
• Snowpack build and continue watch but didn't show anythink about error.

Expected behavior:

snowpack build --watch should always show tsc output and never exit.

EXACTLY like snowpack dev do:

You're right, the TypeScript job exits after it completes during build. Looking into this now...
