Aliases "mask" sequentially later aliases that they pattern match.

I've tested and observed the same behavior with 2.7, 2.8, and now 2.9. The problem can be demonstrated equally well with the aliases a and ab.

• works: snowpack recognizes and adds both dependencies to web_modules
• doesn't work: snowpack recognizes vue but doesn't pick up vue-currency-input -- no errors logged, not in import maps, web_modules, etc.
