Run npm install to install new versions.

* npm audit fix

* Don't use global yargs instance but a custom one

mocha updated yargs to the same version and defines a global async middleware which interfers with our sync logic

* keep rimraf at 5.0.10 for node 18 support

* keep chokidar at 3.6.0 for macos support
