[Bug]: New playlists are not created

Describe the bug

When a new playlist is created, it says "successfully created", but cannot be found.

Expected Behavior

I expect to have playlists, as many as I want.

I experience this since 2 or 3 days.
I exported my database, those playlists are missing there too.

stopping all freetube processes in task manager and relaunch solved it
