Kompilierung von ffmpeg schlägt fehl.

Vorweg: Ich bitte um zivilisierten Austausch und wenn möglich und nötig ein wenig Geduld.

Build Umgebung: pfichtner-freetz (20.04, unverändert), .config

Frage vorweg: Bin ich falsch informiert, daß "make ffmpeg" das Pendant zu "make ffmpeg-clean" ist? Gebaut wird da bei mir nichts, aber wie wir später sehen schlägt der globale build dort fehl.

-fdiagnostics-color=auto was only added in gcc 4.9. We are compiling with gcc 4.8.5.

Is there an option in Freetz to strip away a compiler flag if present?

Hier ist ein patch, der upstream commit 7a76c6c4 rückgängig macht und ausgeführt werden sollte, wenn gcc älter als 4.9 zum Einsatz kommen. Wann das bei Freetz-NG der Fall ist entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis.

Das hängt von deinem (unbekanntem) Gerät ab, bzw was AVM dafür verwendet hatte.
Am einfachsten wendest du den Patch immer an, also in make/pkg/XXX/patches/

Herzlichen Dank für die Information. Werde ich dann so vorbereiten (patch applies unconditionally) und als PR einreichen.

Box ist 7360 v2. Steht auch so in der .config und die wurde im allerersten Post mitgeliefert ;-)

Kannst Du noch was dazu sagen, wo ich falsch denke bei

"make ffmpeg" baut rein gar nichts, gibt aber error code 0 zurück. Ich hätte angenommen, das stößt den gesamten make-Prozeß an für ffmpeg.
